Service exceeded expectations, in terms of check-in and wait time, but a 20 min delay at end to correct paperwork (address and vehicle model incorrect), and quality of car clean wasn't great. Hence score of 4 rather than 5.

On arriving home after the fiull service the dash board lights indicated low tyres pressures. The next day all four required air! Rubbish courtesy car. They used to supply a BMW now a basic EV Mini, a shopping trolley with seats. No thank you!

Was well looked after by Kyle on the day who was professional but friendly and good humoured. Was kept updated during the day and looked after well in collection as well, and given very fair advice about future work needed.

This was a recall, I can't say I was too impressed with the service I received. I did not receive a promised call, then when I called it was only when I made a fuss that the work was completed. The paperwork then taking 20 minutes.

The lady that i dealt with explained everything that was going to be done to my car. I also had a problem with emails about a BMW we no longer owned and the lady sorted that out for me too.

Not happy spending 2 hrs waiting for a mot and car clean. Appointment was at 11:30am and car didn't get moved until 12:15. Looks clean on the outside, not clean inside. Would've been happier if the whole experience was worth the wait.

My appointment for a software update was at 0900, by 1100 to be told they couldn't pull someone off another vehicle and that the update was taking a while to do. Shocker, my car hadn't moved from where I parked it so was lied to.

I rarely received a call back the same day despite assurances from the receptionist that I would. Nothing happened with my car for 2 weeks and after that, only as a result of pestering. No courtesy car was offered.
